This company has always been very attentive to what women had to say, and mad sure we spoke our minds and would be conformable enough to report some misplaced behaviour if it ever occurred. "I worked at this firm two years ago for a few months, before quitting. The atmosphere was oppressive and unbearable, I couldn’t stand going to work every morning. My coworkers were mostly white men who were older than me, and thought they could speak to me and treat me badly, only based on my gender. I tried to report this behaviour to Human Ressources, telling them i wasn’t feeling comfortable with men looking at me a different way, not considering my opinion as valuable and mostly whispering about the why i looked or the way I dressed. Unfortunately, HR said they couldn’t take drastic measures, because they weren’t any proof of these misconducts. Also, the people I was complaining about were very high placed in the company…I basically suffered from sexual harassment and sexual misconduct and the company this absolutely nothing to support me, except saying they would pay for my psychiatrist if I needed one…"
